These Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”) govern the retail sale of goods by Beamax Global General Trading LLC, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Beamax Global General Trading LLC acts exclusively as the seller of the goods offered for purchase through the online store available on the Platform.

These Terms of Sale apply only to purchases made by individuals for personal, non-commercial purposes and do not regulate access to or use of the Platform itself, which is governed by separate Platform Terms of Use.

For the purposes of these Terms of Sale, the “Platform” means the Seller’s official online store available at https://nlstar.ae/.

Section 2. Scope of Application & Eligibility

2.1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Sale apply exclusively to the purchase of goods offered by the Seller through the online store available on the Platform.

They govern solely the contractual relationship between the Seller and the customer in connection with:

placing orders for goods;
payment for goods;
delivery of goods;
return, refund, or replacement of goods.

These Terms of Sale do not regulate:

access to or use of the Platform;
creation or administration of user accounts;
participation in referral, incentive-based, consultant, or marketing programs;
calculation or payment of any commissions, rewards, or bonuses.

Such matters are governed by separate documents and agreements published on the Platform or concluded with independent third parties.

2.2. Eligible Customers

Only individuals who meet all of the following criteria may place orders under these Terms of Sale:

• are at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase;

• have full legal capacity under applicable law;

• are not acting on behalf of a business, reseller, distributor, or other commercial entity.

Orders placed for resale, commercial distribution, professional use, or business purposes are strictly prohibited.

If the Seller reasonably determines that Products have been purchased or are intended to be purchased for resale or other commercial purposes, the Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

a partnership;
a joint venture;
an agency or franchise relationship

between the Seller and the customer.

The customer acts solely as an independent consumer purchasing goods for personal use.

2.5. Amendments

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time.

Any updated version shall be published on the Platform and shall apply to orders placed after the effective date of such publication.

Orders confirmed prior to the effective date shall remain governed by the version of the Terms of Sale in force at the time the order was placed.

Section 3. Products and Availability

3.1. Product Information

The Seller offers for sale various consumer goods, including but not limited to dietary supplements, cosmetic products, and related wellness products (the “Products”).

All product descriptions, specifications, images, ingredients, and other information displayed on the Platform are provided for general informational purposes only and are based on information supplied by manufacturers, suppliers, or official documentation available at the time of publication.

The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date; however, minor variations in packaging, appearance, labeling, or formulation may occur and shall not constitute a defect or non-conformity, provided that such variations do not affect product safety or compliance with applicable regulations.

are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease;

3.5. Product Availability

All Products offered on the Platform are subject to availability.

The Seller reserves the right to:

limit quantities of Products available for purchase;
withdraw or discontinue any Product at any time without prior notice;
refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, regulatory restrictions, or compliance concerns.

If a Product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Seller shall notify the customer and provide a refund for any amounts paid in respect of the unavailable Product.

Nothing contained in these Terms of Sale, on the Platform, or in any product description shall be construed as providing medical, pharmaceutical, or professional healthcare advice.

Customers remain solely responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice prior to using any Product where such consultation is advisable.

Section 4. Ordering Process

4.1. Placing an Order

Customers may place an order for Products by selecting the desired items on the Platform and completing the checkout process in accordance with the instructions provided.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that:

all information provided is accurate and complete;
the Products are purchased solely for personal, non-commercial use;
the customer has reviewed and accepted these Terms of Sale and the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

4.2. Order Review and Confirmation

Before final submission, the customer will have the opportunity to review the order details, including selected Products, quantities, prices, delivery information, and applicable charges.

An order is deemed submitted once the customer completes the checkout process and confirms the order in accordance with the Platform’s technical procedures.

4.3. Acceptance of the Order and Formation of Contract

The placement of an order by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Product unavailability;

• pricing or technical errors;

• regulatory or compliance restrictions;

• suspicion of non-personal or commercial use.

A legally binding contract of sale is formed only upon the Seller’s explicit acceptance of the order, which occurs when the Seller issues an order confirmation by electronic means, including but not limited to:

• confirmation email; or

• order status notification displayed on the Platform.

Automatic order acknowledgements or payment confirmations generated prior to such acceptance shall not constitute acceptance of the customer’s offer.

4.4. Issuance of Invoice

Where applicable, a commercial invoice or equivalent transactional document is issued after the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.

The invoice reflects the details of the confirmed order and is generated for informational, accounting, and delivery purposes.

Issuance of an invoice does not constitute acceptance of any modifications to the order requested after confirmation.

4.5. Order Modifications and Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Any request to modify or cancel an order after confirmation shall be subject to:

the Seller’s discretion; and
the terms set out in the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

4.6. Separate Return & Refund Policy

Returns, refunds, replacements, and related conditions are governed exclusively by the Seller’s Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Sale and is available on the Platform.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Sale and the Return & Refund Policy, the provisions of the Return & Refund Policy shall prevail with respect to return-related matters.

4.7. Preliminary Notice on Cross-Border Orders

For orders delivered outside the United Arab Emirates, additional charges, requirements, or procedures may apply in connection with cross-border delivery, including customs clearance formalities.

Specific terms related to delivery, customs duties, taxes, and associated costs are addressed in Section 6 (Delivery) of these Terms of Sale.

Section 5. Prices and Payment

5.1. Product Prices

All prices displayed on the Platform are indicated in the applicable currency shown at checkout and include the cost of the Products as offered by the Seller.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

prices do not include delivery charges, which are calculated and displayed separately during checkout;
prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by authorities outside the United Arab Emirates.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price applicable to an order shall be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5.2. Price Accuracy

While the Seller takes reasonable measures to ensure price accuracy, errors may occur.

If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, the Seller reserves the right to:

cancel the affected order; or
contact the customer to confirm whether the order should proceed at the correct price.

Any payment made for an order cancelled due to pricing errors shall be refunded in full.

5.3. Payment Methods

The Seller accepts payment using the methods made available on the Platform at the time of checkout, which may include:

bank cards;
electronic payment systems;
other authorized payment methods.

Payment processing is carried out through licensed third-party payment service providers.

The Seller does not store or process customers’ full payment card details.

5.4. Payment Authorization

Orders shall not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

5.5. Payment Security

The Seller shall not be liable for any payment failures, delays, or errors caused by:

banks or card issuers;
payment service providers;
technical disruptions outside the Seller’s reasonable control.

5.6. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise not successfully completed, the Seller reserves the right to:

suspend processing of the order;
cancel the order without liability; or
request alternative payment arrangements.

The Seller shall not be obligated to dispatch Products until full payment has been received.

5.7. Promotional Pricing and Discounts

cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

6.3. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the customer upon delivery of the Products to the customer or to a person designated by the customer at the delivery address specified in the order, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the customer.

6.4. Customs Duties and Import Charges

For deliveries outside the United Arab Emirates, Products may be subject to:

customs duties;
import taxes;
value-added tax;
customs clearance fees;
other charges imposed by local authorities.

The Seller does not determine, control, or collect such charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

all customs duties and import-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer;
such charges are not included in the Product price or delivery fee displayed at checkout.

The Seller cannot estimate the amount of customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country.

6.5. Customs Clearance and Refusal of Delivery

If a customer:

refuses to pay applicable customs duties or taxes;
fails to complete customs clearance procedures;
refuses delivery for customs-related reasons;

such refusal shall be deemed a voluntary refusal of the order by the customer.

In such cases, all resulting costs, including but not limited to:

outbound shipping costs;
return shipping costs;
customs duties;
storage and handling fees;
re-import or export charges;

shall be borne by the customer and may be deducted from any refundable amount in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

6.6. Incorrect Delivery Information

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

The Seller shall not be liable for delivery failure or additional costs resulting from:

incorrect or incomplete address details;
incorrect contact information;
unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address.

Any additional delivery or return costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the customer.

6.7. Partial Deliveries

Where an order includes multiple Products, the Seller reserves the right to deliver the Products in separate shipments, without additional delivery charges to the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout.

6.8. Import Regulations and Product Legality

The Seller does not represent or warrant that the Products offered on the Platform are permitted for import, sale, or use in the customer’s country of residence or delivery destination.

Import regulations, product registration requirements, ingredient restrictions, labeling rules, and customs policies vary significantly between countries and may change without prior notice.

The customer is solely responsible for:

• verifying whether the Products may be legally imported into the destination country;
• ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations;
• obtaining any required permits, approvals, or registrations.

The Seller shall not be liable for any refusal of import, seizure, destruction, or delay of Products by customs or regulatory authorities of the destination country.

Any costs, losses, or expenses arising from such import-related issues, including shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, or product disposal, shall be borne exclusively by the customer and shall not constitute grounds for a refund, except where otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Section 7. Returns and Refunds

7.1. General

The Seller is committed to complying with applicable consumer protection requirements and aims to ensure a transparent and fair return process for customers.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and related procedures are governed exclusively by the Seller’s Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Sale.

7.2. Separate Return & Refund Policy

The detailed conditions applicable to returns and refunds, including but not limited to:

eligibility requirements;
applicable time limits;
product condition requirements;
specific rules for food products, cosmetics, and dietary supplements;
procedures for defective or non-conforming Products;
allocation of return shipping costs;
international return conditions;

are set out in the Return & Refund Policy published on the Platform.

The customer is required to review and accept the Return & Refund Policy prior to completing a purchase.

7.3. Priority of the Return & Refund Policy

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Sale and the Return & Refund Policy with respect to return-related matters, the provisions of the Return & Refund Policy shall prevail.

7.4. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale or the Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any information provided on the Platform in relation to dietary supplements is for general informational purposes only and shall not be construed as medical advice.

8.2. Consultation with Healthcare Professionals

Customers are strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional, including a physician or pharmacist, prior to using any dietary supplement, especially if the customer:

suffers from any medical condition;
is pregnant or breastfeeding;
is taking prescription or over-the-counter medication;

8.3. Individual Results

The Seller does not guarantee any specific results from the use of such Products, and individual reactions, sensitivities, or intolerances may occur even when Products are used correctly.

Customers are responsible for:

The Seller shall not be liable for adverse reactions resulting from individual sensitivities, allergies, or improper use.

8.5. Halal Information

the Seller does not represent that a Product is halal-certified;

8.6. No Medical or Health Guarantees

The Seller makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

Section 9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:

the purchase or use of Products;
delayed delivery or non-delivery caused by third-party carriers or authorities;
individual reactions to Products;
improper storage or use of Products by the customer.

9.2. Product Use Responsibility

The customer acknowledges that Products are used at the customer’s own discretion and risk, subject to the instructions and warnings provided on the Product packaging.

The Seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

misuse of Products;
failure to follow usage instructions;
use of Products contrary to warnings or contraindications.

9.3. Maximum Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Seller’s total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant Product giving rise to the claim.

9.4. Non-Excludable Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall exclude or limit:

any liability that cannot be excluded under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates; or
the statutory rights granted to consumers under mandatory applicable legislation.

9.5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, all Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms of Sale or required by mandatory consumer protection laws, the Seller makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• implied warranties of merchantability;

• fitness for a particular purpose;

• suitability for individual needs or expectations;

• uninterrupted availability of Products;

• compatibility with products, systems, or regulations of the destination country.

Any descriptions, images, recommendations, or information provided on the Platform are for general informational purposes only and shall not constitute a binding guarantee or warranty.

Section 10. Consumer Protection & Complaints

10.1. Consumer Rights

The Seller respects and complies with all mandatory consumer protection requirements applicable in the United Arab Emirates.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall affect or limit the statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable UAE laws and regulations.

10.2. Customer Support

For questions related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, or Products, customers may contact the Seller’s customer support using the contact details published on the Platform.

The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to review and respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

10.3. Complaints Handling

Customers may submit complaints concerning:

order processing;
delivery or refund issues;
customer service matters.

Complaints shall be reviewed in good faith and handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved immediately, the Seller may request additional information or documentation necessary to assess the matter.

Where a complaint relates to alleged defects, quality concerns, or adverse reactions, the Seller reserves the right to:

request supporting materials (including photographs or descriptions);
arrange an internal or third-party quality review;

Such review is conducted solely for the purpose of determining whether the Product is defective or non-conforming under applicable standards.

10.5. Regulatory Authorities

Without prejudice to the customer’s rights, unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent consumer protection authority in the United Arab Emirates in accordance with applicable law.

Section 11. Governing Law and Final Provisions

11.1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws granting the customer the right to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale, including their validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

11.2. Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms of Sale, to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• acts of God;

• war, armed conflict, hostilities, or terrorist acts;

• riots or civil disturbances;

• epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies;

• governmental actions, sanctions, embargoes, or export/import restrictions;

• changes in applicable laws or regulatory requirements;

• suspension of logistics routes or courier services;

• customs delays, inspections, or seizures;

• failures of utilities, telecommunications, or internet services.

During the existence of such force majeure circumstances, the affected Party’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such circumstances.

If the force majeure event continues for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, either Party shall be entitled to terminate the affected order without liability, provided that any amounts paid for Products not delivered shall be refunded to the customer in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

11.3. Language

These Terms of Sale are published in the English language. In the event of any translation into another language, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11.4. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Sale is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible.

The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.5. Assignment

The Seller may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms of Sale in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, or transfer of business, provided that such assignment does not reduce the consumer’s statutory rights.

The customer may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms of Sale without the Seller’s prior written consent.

11.6. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Sale, together with:

the applicable Return & Refund Policy;
the Platform Terms of Use;
the Privacy Policy;

constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and the customer in relation to the purchase of Products and supersede all prior communications or understandings relating to such purchases.

11.7. Electronic Records and Evidence

The customer acknowledges and agrees that electronic records generated and maintained by the Seller or the Platform, including but not limited to:

• order records;

• payment confirmations;

• transaction histories;

• delivery confirmations;

• system logs;

• electronic communications;

• customer account data,

shall constitute valid and legally binding evidence of transactions, communications, and contractual relationships between the Seller and the customer, unless proven otherwise in accordance with applicable law.

Such electronic records may be used by the Seller as admissible evidence in administrative or judicial proceedings, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

11.8. Effective Date

These Terms & Conditions of Sale shall become effective as of the date indicated on the Platform and shall apply to all orders placed on or after such date.
