PART 1 — DATA CONTROLLER & GENERAL CONSENT

Consent for Personal Data Processing

By ticking the checkbox below, I hereby freely, knowingly, and expressly give my consent to the processing of my personal data by:

Beamax Global General Trading LLC, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, holding Trade License No. 1020819, with its registered address at Shop No. 10, Bahar 2, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

This consent is provided in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and its applicable implementing regulations.

 

1. Acknowledgment

I confirm that:

• I have read and understood the Platform Privacy Policy published on the website;
• I am informed about the purposes, scope, and methods of personal data processing;
• I provide this consent voluntarily and without coercion.

I acknowledge that the Platform operated under the website domain may involve different independent data controllers depending on the functionality selected by the User.

Personal data relating to participation in the Partner / Referral Program is processed by NL Middle East FZE LLC as an independent data controller.

Personal data relating to purchases of goods, order fulfillment, payments, delivery, and returns is processed by Beamax Global General Trading LLC as an independent data controller under its own Privacy Policy.

 

2. Scope of Consent

2.1. I hereby consent to the collection, recording, organization, storage, use, disclosure, transfer, and other processing of my personal data by the Company for the purposes specified below.

This consent applies to all personal data provided by me directly or obtained by the Company through my use of the Platform.

2.2. I acknowledge that I may simultaneously act on the Platform in different roles, including but not limited to:

– Customer of the online store;

– Partner / Consultant participating in the Partner Program.

In such cases, my personal data may be processed independently by each Company strictly within the scope of the respective role, purposes, and legal grounds defined in the applicable agreements and Privacy Policies.

Processing of personal data in one role does not extend to purposes related to the other role.

I acknowledge and agree that the Company may process the following categories of my personal data:

• delivery address.

• delivery and return information;

• access logs, timestamps, and interaction data.

3.5. Communication Data

• correspondence with customer support;

The Company does not process sensitive personal data unless expressly required by law.

 

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Company for the following purposes:

4.1. Platform Operation

• creation and administration of user accounts;
• authentication and security management;
• access control and fraud prevention.

4.2. Contract Performance

• processing and fulfillment of orders;
• payment processing through authorized payment service providers;
• delivery of purchased goods;
• handling returns, refunds, and replacements.

4.3. Customer Support

• responding to inquiries and complaints;
• providing order-related communications;
• quality review and verification.

4.4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

• compliance with applicable UAE laws;
• accounting and tax record-keeping;
• responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.

4.5. Platform Security and Improvement

• ensuring technical stability and cybersecurity;
• monitoring and preventing misuse;
• internal analytics based on aggregated or anonymized data.

 

5. Cross-Border Transfer

I acknowledge and agree that my personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside the United Arab Emirates.

Such cross-border transfers may occur where necessary for the operation of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• cloud hosting and data storage services;
• IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems;
• payment processing services;
• customer support systems;
• analytics and platform functionality.

 

6. Processing in the European Union

I am informed that certain technical infrastructure used by the Company may be located within the European Union, including servers located in Germany.

Personal data processed on such servers is used solely for hosting, storage, backup, and technical support purposes and does not affect the applicable governing law or the jurisdiction governing the Company’s activities.

 

7. Level of Data Protection

I acknowledge that countries to which personal data may be transferred may not provide the same level of personal data protection as the United Arab Emirates.

The Company undertakes to apply appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, including:

• access control mechanisms;
• encryption of data in transit and at rest;
• contractual confidentiality obligations imposed on service providers;
• restricted access based on operational necessity.

 

8. No Transfer for Unrelated Purposes

My personal data shall not be transferred to third parties for purposes unrelated to the operation of the Platform, performance of contracts, or compliance with legal obligations, except where required by law or expressly permitted under the Platform Privacy Policy.

 

9. Duration of Processing

I acknowledge that my personal data shall be processed for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Consent, including:

• for the period of my account registration on the Platform;
• for the duration of contractual relations arising from purchases;
• for periods required to comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations under UAE law.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal data shall be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized, unless further retention is required by law.

10. Withdrawal of Consent

I acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

Withdrawal of consent may be exercised by:

• submitting a request via my user account (where available); or
• contacting the Company using the contact details specified in the Platform Privacy Policy.

I understand that withdrawal of consent:

• shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal;
• may result in the inability of the Company to continue providing services that require personal data processing, including account access and order fulfillment.

 

11. Data Subject Rights

I acknowledge that I am entitled to exercise the rights granted under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, including:

• the right to access personal data;
• the right to request correction or updating of inaccurate data;
• the right to request erasure or restriction of processing where legally applicable;
• the right to object to processing in cases provided by law.

Requests relating to personal data processed by the Company may be submitted in accordance with the procedures described in the Platform Privacy Policy.

 

12. Relationship with Other Documents

This Consent shall be read together with and forms an integral part of the:

• Platform Privacy Policy;
• Platform Terms of Use;
• Terms & Conditions of Sale (where applicable).

In the event of any inconsistency, the Platform Privacy Policy shall prevail with respect to matters relating to personal data processing.

 

13. Confirmation

By ticking the checkbox below, I confirm that:

• I provide my consent freely, knowingly, and unambiguously;
• I understand the purposes and scope of personal data processing as described above.

Consent for Personal Data Processing

By ticking the checkbox below, I hereby freely, knowingly, and expressly give my consent to the processing of my personal data by:

NL Middle East FZE LLC, a company duly registered and existing under the laws of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates,with formation number 4412772, registered address: Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

This Consent is provided in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and its applicable implementing regulations.

 

1. Acknowledgment

I confirm that:

• I have read and understood the Privacy Policy of NL Middle East FZE LLC;

• I am informed of the purposes, scope, and methods of personal data processing;

• I understand that this Consent applies only to my participation in the Partner / Referral Program;

• I provide this Consent voluntarily and without coercion.

I acknowledge that the Platform operated under the website domain may involve different independent data controllers depending on the functionality selected by the User.

Personal data relating to purchases of goods, order fulfillment, payments, delivery, and returns is processed by Beamax Global General Trading LLC as an independent data controller under its own Privacy Policy.

 

2. Scope of Consent

2.1. I hereby consent to the collection, recording, systematization, storage, use, transfer, and other forms of processing of my personal data by the Company solely in connection with my registration and participation in the Partner Program.

This Consent applies only if I:

• register a Partner (User / Consultant) account;

• obtain a referral ID or referral link;

• participate in the referral and reward system operated by the Company.

2.2 I acknowledge that I may simultaneously act on the Platform in different roles, including but not limited to:

– Customer of the online store;

– Partner / Consultant participating in the Partner Program.

In such cases, my personal data may be processed independently by each Company strictly within the scope of the respective role, purposes, and legal grounds defined in the applicable agreements and Privacy Policies.

• hierarchy and referral structure data.

3.4 Financial and Reward Data

• accrued bonuses and commissions;

• personal volume (PV);

• withdrawal history;

• payment method details.

3.5 Technical Data

• IP address;

• device type and operating system;

• browser type;

• login history and timestamps.

The Company does not process sensitive personal data unless expressly required by applicable law.

3.6 No Automated Decision-Making with Legal Effect

Processing of hierarchy, referral structure, performance indicators, and bonus-related data is carried out exclusively for internal administration of the Partner Program.

Such processing does not constitute automated decision-making producing legal effects or similarly significant effects for the data subject.

No profiling is performed for credit scoring, behavioral prediction, or eligibility determination beyond mechanical calculation of rewards in accordance with the Reward Plan.

 

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

4.1 Partner Registration and Administration

• creation and maintenance of partner accounts;

• issuance of referral IDs and links;

• authentication and access control.

4.2 Referral Tracking

• identification of referred customers;

• attribution of purchases to referral IDs;

• prevention of fraud and self-referrals.

4.2.1 Use of Tracking Technologies

Referral identification and attribution may involve the use of cookies, referral parameters, device identifiers, and similar tracking technologies.

Such technologies are used solely to ensure correct attribution of referred customers, prevention of fraud, and accurate calculation of rewards.

Detailed information on the use of cookies and similar technologies is provided in the applicable Cookie Policy published on the Platform.

 

4.3 Reward Calculation and Payments

• calculation of bonuses and commissions;

• application of the Reward Plan;

• processing of payout requests.

 

4.4 Contractual Performance

• execution of the User Agreement and Service Agreements;

• compliance with contractual obligations of the Company.

 

4.5 Legal and Regulatory Compliance

• accounting and financial reporting;

• tax compliance where applicable;

• responses to lawful requests of competent authorities.

 

5. Relationship with BEAMAX GLOBAL GENERAL TRADING L.L.C.

I acknowledge and understand that:

• BEAMAX GLOBAL GENERAL TRADING L.L.C. acts as the seller of goods and owner of the online store;

• NL Middle East FZE LLC does not sell goods and does not process customer orders;

• personal data relating to purchases, payments, delivery, and returns is processed independently by Beamax under its own Privacy Policy.

Transfer of limited data between the Company and Beamax may occur strictly for:

• referral identification;

• order attribution to referral IDs;

• calculation of bonuses.

Such transfer does not constitute joint controllership.

 

6. Cross-Border Data Transfer

I acknowledge that my personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United Arab Emirates, including:

• cloud hosting providers;

• IT infrastructure services;

• payment service providers.

The Company applies appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

• encryption;

• access controls;

• confidentiality obligations.

 

7. Data Retention Period

Personal data shall be processed:

• for the duration of my participation in the Partner Program;

• for the period required to perform contractual obligations;

• for mandatory retention periods under UAE law.

After expiration, data shall be securely deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required by law.

 

8. Withdrawal of Consent

I have the right to withdraw this Consent at any time by:

• submitting a request through my partner account; or

• contacting the Company using the contact details stated in the Privacy Policy.

I understand that withdrawal of consent:

• does not affect prior lawful processing;

• results in termination of my participation in the Partner Program;

• makes further bonus calculation or payment impossible.

 

9. Data Subject Rights

In accordance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law, I may exercise:

• right of access;

• right to correction;

• right to erasure where legally applicable;

• right to restriction or objection to processing.

Requests shall be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

 

10. Confirmation

By ticking the checkbox below, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this Consent;
• I agree to the processing of my personal data by NL Middle East FZE LLC;

• I understand that this Consent applies only to my participation as a Partner/User.

 

11. Relationship with Partner Program Documents

This Consent constitutes an integral and inseparable part of the Partner Agreement, Partner Program Terms, and other documents governing participation in the Partner / Referral Program.

Processing of personal data is performed in connection with the conclusion, execution, and termination of the above agreements.
